Key Responsibilities
- Machine Installation: Install packaging machines at customer sites, ensuring proper setup, alignment, and commissioning.
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional support to customers, addressing service requests and technical queries.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and maintenance logs.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, production, and design teams for smooth installations and effective issue resolution.

Performance Expectations
- Qualification: ITI or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in servicing packaging machines or similar industrial equipment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and packaging machine operations.
- Age Criteria: 25 to 35 years.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
